Using pageview on your blog
I use ClustrMaps and Rev-lvermaps on my blog. Mostly because I am curious about where my visitors live and because it is very motivating to see visitors from faraway places. You can read more about this below. The original post is found here.
One of the reasons I write a blog is to connect with educators around the world. Today I discovered that I had a guest from Odesa, Ukraine. If it is an educator I hope they find something useful here. These are the places in Ukraine that have visited this blog Kiev, Rivne, Dnipropetrovsk, Petrodolynske, Odesa, Sumy, Mykolayiv, Zhytomyr, Vyshneve,Ternopil. But apart from the one from Odesa today, this was a long time ago. I hope to see you back and I wish you well. We are thinking about you and the awful circumstances you are enduring and the children who are suffering. Education is so important.
One reason why you should write a blog is to connect with other educators. If you write in English, you might discover a whole world of teachers and students out there, and if you are lucky, you will eventually be able to build your own personal learning network. As mentioned in an earlier post, you need to become a networked learner and implement a networked classroom to be able to help your students.
