Since its inception in 2018, this annual gathering has celebrated excellence in education, fostered collaboration, and explored innovative practices. As we gear up for the 4th edition, let’s delve into Mind Mingle’s journey.
Origins and Growth
- Inaugural Event (2018): The journey began in New Delhi, India, where over 500 schools (exclusively from India) enthusiastically participated. These institutions nominated themselves across various categories, vying for recognition. A distinguished panel of education experts served as the jury, meticulously shortlisting award winners. Ultimately, 100 schools were honored for their outstanding contributions.
- Expanding Horizons (2022 and 2023): The 2nd and 3rd editions unfolded in Colombo, Sri Lanka, extending the platform to Indian and Sri Lankan educators. The focus remained on the 4th Sustainable Development Goal—Quality Education. Schools showcased their unique practices, emphasizing holistic learning and student empowerment. Approximately 50 schools received accolades from Sri Lanka’s Education Minister.

The nomination form invites responses to specific questions, allowing schools to showcase their best practices. A discerning jury will evaluate submissions and select the most impactful initiatives.
- Theme: Humanizing Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: As AI becomes integral to education, we explore ways to maintain the human touch. How can technology enhance learning experiences without compromising empathy and personal connections? Let’s find out.
