Sharing and learning

Just returned from a great week in South Africa. The Microsoft world wide innovative education forum was an amazing event. I met so many interesting educators from all over the word. I was also fortunate to be able to do a workshop there presenting how we use OneNote in our school.

Cape Town, such a great city too! I will share some links where you can read about the great educators and what amazing work they are doing. I would like to take the opportunity to encourage more educators to sign up for this event. It is possible to participate next year! All it takes is a lot of dedication, hard work and enthusiasm. Then perhaps you will end up as my good friend Moliehi Sekese. She won the educators’ choice last year in Brazil You can read about that here!

This year Anna Karlsson was 3rd in the category Innovation in Collaboration, a great category. Can’t wait to see her in Norway the 17th of November participating in the conference my school is hosting.

I was even interviewed by Vicky Davis the author of Cool Cat teacher. Even though it has not been posted it was great fun!

Our closing speaker was the very inspiring John West-Burnham’s Seven Questions for Leaders of Learning.

I would love to hear from you
