Facebook hits exam results by 20 per cent
Scary headline in the Telegraph Uk. We discussed this in class. Everyone agrees. Facebook takes your attention away from what you are supposed to be working on. Not only in class, but at home, at work, pretty much everywhere. And not only Facebook, but Skype, MSN, Twitter, Youtube, you name, it the temptations are there! Many articles have been written on this topic, but this article hits close to home. Who wants to score 20 % lower on exams? My students have written posts giving other students advice on the matter.
